There is ample support from all members of the team. This position would suit a veterinarian who enjoys a varied caseload and a fast paced environment.

The practice is equipped with DR Portable X-Ray system, Esaote portable ultrasound, endoscope, power float and an in-house laboratory with haematology, UA & catalyst. The practice performs regular Orthopaedic procedures and is a highly regarded in the local community.

Salaries are above award and commensurate based on contribution to the practice, billing capacity and experience. Ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per annum, plus on call entitlements. On call entitlements range from $10,000 per annum to $20,000 per annum.

There will be 1:6 weekends to be worked, and one weeknight on call per fortnight. On call is paid according to the award, plus entitled to half of the professional fees charged. 

The case load is 70% Small Animal and 30% Equine. Vets seeking 100% Small Animal work are also encouraged to apply.
